The company consists of a number of people who each have their own responsibilities, so we best be of service to clients.
Tom Uittenbogert (43) is director of the company and deals with everything to do with Dutch Sign Language, Dutch with Gestures, Visual Music and various projects. He is a freelance trainer at the Institute for Gesture, Language and Deaf Studies (IGTD), KEGG, DDS and family counseling agency Nijmegen and Dove as sign language interpreter for foreign assignments. He has also worked on external projects, SLATE www.slate.diak.fi (in cooperation with the IGTD), and Signs2Go SignOn (in collaboration with the company Pragma).
He was presenter for the company AnniesTV. (www.annies.nl). He was born deaf and grew up in a deaf family and deaf world. He has great interest in music, visual, deaf sign language interpreter (interpreters relay) and other projects in Dutch Sign Language
André Uittenbogert (41) is a freelancer for the company, approved interpreter Dutch Sign Language (NGT) / Dutch with Gestures (NMG) and actor. He is hearing and is recognized as an independent interpreter NGT / NMG. He has great interest in visual music, theatrical performances and books for reading in NGT.
Joeri van Zuilen (30) is a freelancer from the company. Since '95 he plays at various theater performances in sign language. Spelenderwijs the ideas he discovered the rich beauty of sign language and expressive depth, especially in translating poetry and lyrics into sign language. Apart from some scenarios stage games in sign language, he also wrote poetry in sign language and in Dutch. Bilingualism that he was deaf child from his parents. After some years in the deaf world to have been employed as a teacher Deaf culture, group facilitator and project manager he is full of a structural draftsman architectural consultancy.
Yuri's commitment to the cultural expression of sign language and the deaf community to a higher level translates into his commitment to further growth of these expressions.
Kimberly Hendriks (23), is a trainee within the company. Kimberly is a third year student of Dutch Sign Language teacher training. If assignment gives them common course Interested in Arnhem 1. Besides the internship, she worked with Tom to develop workshops for different audiences.
From November 2008 to give Tom and Kimberly together the Visual Music workshop for children. During the holidays, she worked in childcare, they find it very pleasant. Many children in the group may have quite a flutter in sign language!
